Gift Card & Service Voucher Terms

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of gift cards and service vouchers ("Gift Products") issued by ApplicationEditing.com. By purchasing or using a Gift Product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Gift Card Terms

2.1 Validity

Gift cards issued by ApplicationEditing.com do not expire. The full value of your gift card will remain available until used.

2.2 Redemption

• Gift cards can be redeemed for any service offered on ApplicationEditing.com
• Gift cards can be used in combination with promotional codes
• If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you may pay the difference with another payment method
• Remaining balances after a purchase will stay on your gift card for future use

2.3 Limitations

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law
• Gift cards cannot be resold or transferred for value
• Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law

3. Service Voucher Terms

3.1 Validity Period

Service vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed.

3.2 Redemption

• Service vouchers are redeemable only for the specific service indicated at time of purchase
• The voucher covers the base price of the service at the time of purchase
• If the service price has increased, the recipient may need to pay the difference
• Service vouchers cannot be applied to different services or converted to gift card balance

3.3 Service Availability

In the unlikely event that we discontinue a service for which you hold a voucher, we will contact you at the email address on file and offer either:

• A full refund of the purchase price, or
• A gift card of equivalent value that does not expire

4. Lost or Stolen Gift Products

Gift cards and service vouchers are like cash. ApplicationEditing.com is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Products. Treat your gift code as you would cash. We recommend keeping a copy of your gift code in a safe place.

5. Cash Back Rights

Certain states require that gift card balances below a specific threshold be redeemable for cash upon request. If you reside in a state with such requirements and your gift card balance is below the applicable threshold, you may contact us to request a cash refund of the remaining balance.

6. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse to honor any Gift Product that we reasonably believe was obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

7. Contact for Business Continuity

When you purchase a Gift Product, we collect contact information for both the purchaser and recipient (if provided). This information is used to:

• Deliver the gift code and purchase confirmations
• Notify you of any changes to services that may affect your Gift Product
• Comply with our obligations under these terms

8. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Any changes will not affect Gift Products already purchased. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will govern that Gift Product.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
